The <title> will show up in the top of the browser window, and it lets
people know what your page is about. It's especially important for people
who use screen readers because the <title> is the first thing screen readers
read on a page. The <title> is a part of a document's <head>.

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<meta name="keywords" content="parrots, bunnies, rabbits, bunny rabbits, cute" />
<meta name="description" content="Everything you ever wanted to know
about parrots and bunny rabbits (especially cute ones) that
you were always afraid to ask" />
</head>
Here are a few things to remember about <title> elements:
<title><title> unique and descriptive, so that people will know the overall
purpose of the page by reading the <title><title> at the beginning. Regarding the last point, let's say that you have four pages about your trip to Germany. One is a picture of the Köln cathedral. Another is a picture of the Neuschwanstein castle. Another is a picture of the Bavarian Alps. The last is a picture of the Black Forrest. You should NOT start all of the titles with "Trip to Germany." Instead, start with the unique information. This allows allows screen reader users to hear the most important items first.
